A micro spa in the heart of Worcester

Matt opened Cappa in late 2024 with a simple idea: a spa should feel private, calm and honest - never rushed, never crowded.

Just two services, done properly: a private infrared sauna and a full-body massage machine. Privacy and cleanliness come first, always.

The air inside is purified, and every touch point is cleaned after each session with HOCL, a medical-grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria. It is gentle on skin and breathing.

• Deep, gentle heat that warms muscles and joints, not just the air around you, at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna.
• Single-person cubicles, so no swimwear, no strangers and no rush.

Our massage machine

A full-body massage, fully clothed

The machine lifts you up and cradles you, so you feel almost weightless while it squeezes and rolls the tension out of your whole body at once.

You get a full-body, high-quality massage in about a quarter of the time of a traditional one. You stay fully clothed, and nobody touches you.

We hand you headphones and an eye mask. Choose ocean waves, our music playlist, or pure quiet - then the machine does the rest.

Cleanliness, our promise

• Every surface cleaned after each session, every towel replaced, every time.
• Your sauna holds at least 50°C and typically climbs to around 65°C. The minimum is in our terms, in writing.
• Whatever your session needs is provided, fresh for every use. Choose a shower room and you get a robe, towel and slides; choose without and you get a towel. The massage machine needs nothing at all.
