What we offer
Infrared sauna
Deep, gentle heat in your own private cubicle. Choose purple, red or blue light, with or without a private shower - your choice.
Massage machine
It lifts, cradles and rolls out tension from head to toe, fully clothed. Half an hour on the machine leaves you feeling like an hour on the massage table.
How it works

Book online - pick a service, a time and a room. Your confirmation arrives by text.

Come in - your room is pre-heated and everything you need is waiting.

Your room, your time - single-person cubicles, so no swimwear, no strangers and no rush.
Book ahead where you can - the sauna takes 20 minutes to warm up. That said, walk-ins are welcome Wednesday to Sunday if a room is free.
